My Writing

Hi and welcome back to my blog today i'm going to show you my how to writing so here it is.

Watermelon cookies
(With colour)  
Ingredients
Food colouring One pinch of salt
2 cups of flour                            150gm of softened butter
¾ cups of sugar 1 egg
¼ tsp vanilla ¼ tsp baking powder
Chocolate Chips (optional)
1.mix butter together with sugar.
2.add in 1 egg and ¼ tsp vanilla mix again                                           3.put in 2 cups of flour, ¼ tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix it all up.  4.You should have a dough consistency  
Take 1 cup of dough add red food colouring but not to much as want a light colour.
5.Knead dough then form into a cylinder then wrap in gladwrap put into fridge 1 hour.
6.taking half of the remaining dough add green food colouring into it we all mixed wrap it in glad wrap and put it into the fridge for 1 hour.
7.with the only one not coloured just leave it a just wrap it up in glad wrap and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
8.after an hour get all of them out of the fridge, unwrap them and roll out the white dough and wrap it around the red cylinder and then do the same with the green one. Then put them back in the fridge for 2 hour.
9.After that take them out of the fridge and slice it up ¼ inch thick.
10.then cut the dough in half and then put baking paper in the tray and then put the cookies in after.
11.Next press in chocolate chips and make it look like a watermelon pips then bake in oven for 9 mins at 180 degrees.
12.after that take them out of the oven and ENJOY!!!!!!

  1. Wow Taylah!I love how you described this!I have seen these cookies in your lunch before and you know I've been dying to know how to make them,and now I know!Great work and great describing this piece of writing.Keep it up!!!
