Hi and welcome back to my blog today i'm going to show you my how to writing so here it is.

Watermelon cookies

(With colour)  

Ingredients

Food colouring One pinch of salt

2 cups of flour                            150gm of softened butter

¾ cups of sugar 1 egg

¼ tsp vanilla ¼ tsp baking powder

Chocolate Chips (optional)

1.mix butter together with sugar.

2.add in 1 egg and ¼ tsp vanilla mix again                                           3.put in 2 cups of flour, ¼ tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix it all up.  4.You should have a dough consistency  

Take 1 cup of dough add red food colouring but not to much as want a light colour.

5.Knead dough then form into a cylinder then wrap in gladwrap put into fridge 1 hour.

6.taking half of the remaining dough add green food colouring into it we all mixed wrap it in glad wrap and put it into the fridge for 1 hour.

7.with the only one not coloured just leave it a just wrap it up in glad wrap and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

8.after an hour get all of them out of the fridge, unwrap them and roll out the white dough and wrap it around the red cylinder and then do the same with the green one. Then put them back in the fridge for 2 hour.

9.After that take them out of the fridge and slice it up ¼ inch thick.

10.then cut the dough in half and then put baking paper in the tray and then put the cookies in after.

11.Next press in chocolate chips and make it look like a watermelon pips then bake in oven for 9 mins at 180 degrees.

12.after that take them out of the oven and ENJOY!!!!!!       

 

                                       

Tie Fighters rap`

Hi and welcome back to my blog this is my fist blog of term 2. On May 1st we came back to school and we  did a  rap in our new learning group. My group is called Tie Fighters here is a photo of the Tie Fighters ship.

 We spent all morning and a little bit after morning tea working together.                            Here is our picture of our drawing 

These are the words to our song.
We split in to two groups, the rap  group and the art group Here are some photos of the group and a video.

Writing Special Place

HI an Welcome back to my blog today I am going to show you my Writing about my Special Place HB I chose to talk about Clifton Camp It is a very special Place to be because my nana and Poppa live their and I have got friend there here name is Ella she dose not go to Parkvale School tho.

Clifton Camp: A Special Place In Hawke’s Bay

Blinking my eyes I can't imagine being here. The fresh green grass and trees are greener than ever. Cabins reflecting of the sun burning my eyes willed the cooled relaxing salty water underneath my feet as I could go asleep.  

Sondes of bird tweeting sounds like I am lost. Little shop with nice cold ice cream’s inside of them I could stay there for ever. The blue and gray rock starting to get darker when the water runs up them like a nice little stream. The bounce trampoline and tall slide is so much fun and so hot when you go on it you will get burned. Wooden picnic table sitting in the side of the beach where you can look over at the beautiful sea with the sun making sparkles in the water. The soft smooth sand in different colors gold black and white.

That is why Clifton Camp is my favorite place to go. It is so fun I think that you should go there too.
